Job Description


We are rather small team of executive assistants, office coordinators and workplace experts and we are looking for new colleague who will help us in daily administrative tasks, organization of business travels as well as many other events in our company.

  • We are looking for someone who can be in the office on daily basis since this job is connected mainly with the office itself and our colleagues. Homeoffice could be after agreement with your manager.
  • Managing of company data boxes (FormFlow)
  • Organization and support with colleague´s business travels
  • Checking and overseeing of invoices
  • Office supply, kitchen supplies ordering
  • Preparation of meetings and events
  • Management of meeting rooms
  • Various administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments


Qualifications
  • Fluent Czech language is a must
  • Good English language - we are international team and you must understand the requirements
  • Independent and responsible approach to work
  • Proactive and hands-on approach
  • Ability to prioritize
