Role Description:
Work with European teams to document sales processes and harmonise on use of IT tools. Work with technical teams to identify and prioritise key integration requirements for existing toolset.
What will you work on?
- Analysis of business requirements and ensuring the integration of new requirements
- Designing solutions according to business requirements in cooperation with other departments
- Performing of identifying key integration points and provide an End 2 End process overview
- Modelling processes and data flows using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Communication across the team, IT analyst, project manager and supplier Teams
- Cooperation in the integration between the ERP system (SAP) and a cloud tool (Salesforce)
What will we need from you?
- Experience as a business analyst
- You are versed with integration flow of ERP system and a Cloud tool (SAP and Salesforce)
- Good communication skills – open to asking the right question to the end users to collect the requirements
- Willing to travel for short periods (mostly to Belgium)
- Fluent in English and Czech required (knowledge of French and Dutch an advantage)
Nice to have:
- Insurance or Financial industry knowledge
- SAP Financial with Insurance module
