You will become a part of the Brand & Communication team led by Tereza Mačaliková. The marketing department is led by CMO Ivan Mrena.

As a Junior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our core brand's growth by helping with executing the local marketing strategy and spearheading brand awareness.
What will be your agenda?
- Help with executing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, equity, and customer or employee loyalty.
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Creating and planning content for our social media channels.
- Developing brand campaigns and securing the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns (eg. advertising, promotions, and other digital marketing initiatives).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative teams, to align brand strategies with overall objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
Our expectations:
- At least shorter experience in marketing, ideally within the e-commerce, technology or marketing project agency.
- Understanding of brand management principles and marketing concepts.
- Basic project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Passion for social media and creative mindset.
- Basic skills in marketing apps and utilities like Canva, Figma and Meta BM.
- Essential analytical skills with the ability to interpret data or market research.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
