Do you enjoy talking to various partners and providing the best customer experience? Come and join dynamic environment of our Service Desk Team. You will be supporting internal customers from different parts of the organization and the world!
This position is offered on the fixed term contract for 12 months.
Core Responsibilities
-
Provide exciting service experience to our employees and partners on various employee matters, core processes and business service operations.

Support our customers through live channels such as chat and phone; and handle offline requests.

Advise and guide our end users of new HR system – Workday (employees, people leaders) to solve their issues and handle their responsibilities in the new system.

Be an active member of the team, chip into problem solving and knowledge innovation, continuously improve and change status quo for the sake of our customers.
Do you have what it takes?

Advanced English and Danish
-
Experience in Service Desk, Shared Services or other relevant position is an advantage but we are happy to welcome anybody who is willing to learn and enjoys communication with various customers

Phenomenal communication skills and passion for talking and online chatting with employees providing support

Service minded teammate who enjoys working in a diverse team

Fast learner who can cope with dynamic work environment with peaks and lively periods, and provides consistent experience with human touch

Problem solver who takes initiative to innovate and brings ideas to improve
