What you’ll do:
- Cooperation with recruiters in the Czech Republic and MEE region
- Direct communication with candidates via phone and e-mail
- Sourcing for candidates based on company’s strategy
- Job shadowing of effective interview process and then applying it on your own
- Preparing monthly/quarterly reporting for MEE region
- Project participation within the team
- Support recruiters in different activities
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Upper Intermediate and above English, knowledge of Czech would be beneficial
- Very good communication skills
- Strong team and customer orientation
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Passion to work in Recruitment, working experience in HR field is a big advantage

You will support operations within the team to get exposure to all the phases of the recruitment process and will learn all aspects of SAP’s recruiting process including client management, sourcing, screening candidates, negotiating, and presenting offers.
