Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Build & ramp up network services
  • Enhance technology qualification process
  • Define and produce service deliverables (Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), Training guides, ...)
  • Implement defined operating model & service processes
  • Develop service specific procedures
  • Manage & deliver service capabilities as per project & business demand
  • Onboarded to NVS environment and standards
  • Participating in training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Manage Connectivity Network Services
  • Oversee the operational health, management, security, lifecycle, continual improvement, and reliability.
  • Support and ensure compliance to defined IT Governance controls, standards, and practices.
  • Accountable for managing suppliers in ensuring they deliver quality services and meet all contractual obligations. Tracks actual utilization of services and reporting of supplier performance in meeting business service expectations and service levels.
  • Address the needs and challenges of the changing workplace and workforce by applying technology and service solutions
  • Ensuring the performance, security and integrity of the datacenter, campus (Office layer) and manufacturing networks (Production and Control layers).
  • Manage risk, monitor, and maintain network stability, availability as well as security and respond to incidents
  • Troubleshooting and resolving network issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency (written and spoken) in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • 5+ years of working experience in IT
  • More than 3 years of experience in Service Management of a global or regional service portfolio in similar areas as above, across geographies and business areas
  • Working experience with a range of IT Tools, platforms, business Intelligence solutions, best practices for Service Management such as ITIL v3
  • Working experience with implementation of new processes or methodologies in complex organizations
  • Working experience with internal and external service providers, regulated environment (incl. data privacy, GxP, SOX).
  • Extensive experience and excellent professional skills in the area of IT Process Management
  • Experience in negotiating agreements with corporate suppliers in close co-operation with the sourcing function
  • Track record in delivering multinational projects on time, quality and budget
    • Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than 3 months
