You will support the Transformation & Commercial Excellence activities (building the commercial effectiveness model, improving capabilities and driving transformational projects) related to the CZ Republic SPC,. .
Key Responsibilities
Support the Transformation activities
- Support the Transformation Head in setting the vision, roadmap and milestones for the Orchestrator model
- Work with Transformation Head to set up the relevant KPIs to measure the effectiveness of GMT1 and other projects and ensure regular reporting and communication of those KPIs
- Propose and follow projects to support the transformation (e-consent project, CLM follow up etc)
- Consolidate data from all channels in order to follow affiliate touchpoints with HCPs (GTM1, GTM2, GTM3)
Support the Commercial Excellence activities
- Support the Transformation Head in his coaching activities (STEM, Global Connect projects & trainings, Coaching reports).
- Support the Transformation Head in the set-up & implementation of the affiliate learning plan
- Support the Commercial teams by being the Veeva & OneCI ambassador and Securing data to country teams
- Support Transformation Head in coordinate commercial projects via analytics in collaboration to BOS (account planning efficiency)
- Apply Agile principles to ways of working
Ideal candidate
Education:
- Background: University Degree (Life Science or Medical would be an advantage)
- CZ and EN speaking
Experience:
- Experience as manager of sales team (sales manager, district manager)
- Sales skills focused on leading & empowering sales team
- Experience from target setting – segmentation, targeting and personas – as advantage
- Coaching skills
- Experience with transformation and change management
