Meet your team

The Catalog Team manages the enablement of catalog content for Sellers on the Ariba Network and is responsible for the successful execution of the Buyer’s catalog enablement projects.
We are looking for college/university students or graduates to support our team.


What you'll do

  • Support to correct errors (if any) after the catalog is live for more than 2 weeks
  • Maintaining catalog post Go Live requests from our clients in generic mailbox
  • Troubleshooting and analysis of errors in the catalogs in production
  • Reporting on status tasks done internally and externally
  • Usage of SAP Ariba applications and tools
  • Delivers high-quality services on Catalog Enablement Projects to Sellers utilizing the Ariba Network and cooperates with Supplier Enablement Project Managers and Supplier Managers
  • Provides issue resolution related to Catalog Enablement process via the Ariba Network


What you bring

  • Student (f/m) at a university or graduate
  • Fluent in written and oral English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good analytical thinking skills
  • Technical understanding and capabilities
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Prior work experience helpful but not mandatory
